We can reinstall your operating system and drivers for you.
This is usually done after a hard disk failure when we replace the new hard drive, or if you just need the laptop reinstalled in another language, or set up like new we can help. We will reinstall the operating system, drivers and manufacturers utilities and software. We do not normally install other software, and we require you to supply us with evidence that you hold the appropriate license for any reinstallation. We will install all the latest updates and make sure your virus and spyware protection are up to date
There is a standard charge for this which varies depending on whether you have the original CD that came with your laptop or not. Please note this process will destroy any existing data on your laptop so ask about our back-up service
